How to use it

  1. Add your business details and logo. They are saved on this device.
  2. Enter the client and the items. Give a line a tax % if you charge VAT, sales tax or similar.
  3. Set the currency, payment terms and your bank or UPI details.
  4. Press Download PDF and choose "Save as PDF".

Good to know

  • The tax name is yours to choose (VAT, Sales tax, Tax). It appears as one line in the totals.
  • Enter the amount already received and the invoice shows the balance due.
  • Rupee invoices can carry a pay-by-UPI QR code for the balance.

Questions

Does it work for other countries?

It makes a general invoice in INR, USD, EUR, GBP, AED, SGD, AUD or CAD with one optional tax line. It does not apply country-specific rules, so add anything your local law requires in the notes.

Is there a watermark or a limit?

No. Make as many invoices as you like.

Can I keep my clients and past invoices?

Yes, in this browser. Save clients with one click, and every downloaded invoice is kept in your saved documents. Download a backup file to move them to another device.

How do I get a PDF?

Press Download PDF. In the print window choose "Save as PDF" as the destination, and switch off "Headers and footers" if your browser shows that option.
