Privacy policy

What you enter

Documents are built on your device. Everything you type, including your business name and address, GSTIN, bank and UPI details, logo, client details and line items, is processed in your browser and is never uploaded. We have no server that could receive it, so we cannot see it, keep it or recover it for you.

What is saved on your device

To save you retyping, the site keeps the following in your browser's local storage:

• your business details, logo, bank and UPI details and look
• your current drafts
• clients you chose to save
• a list of the documents you downloaded (up to 100)
• your light or dark theme choice

Keeping and clearing your data

This data lives only in this browser on this device. Clearing the site data in your browser, using a private window, or switching device will remove or hide it. "Download backup" saves it to a file that you control, and "Delete all my data" erases it. Because we hold no copy, we cannot restore lost data, so keep a backup of anything important.

Your PDF

When you press Download PDF, your browser creates the file on your device. We do not receive a copy. If you send the PDF to someone, what it contains is then in your hands.

What our hosting provider may log

The site is delivered by Google Firebase Hosting. Like any web host, it handles standard request details such as your IP address, the time, the page asked for and your browser type, and may keep them in routine server logs. We do not use these logs to identify you, and we do not add analytics, ads or tracking tools of our own. We do not set cookies.

What we do not do

We do not ask for accounts or email addresses. We do not sell or share personal information, because we do not collect any through the app. Client details you enter about other people stay on your device too, and you decide what to do with them.

Children

The app is meant for businesses and is not aimed at children.

Changes and contact

If this policy changes, the date at the top will change. If we ever add optional accounts or cloud features, we will say so here before they start. Questions are welcome at contact@shridha.tech.
