Terms of use
Last updated 20 October 2026
Invoice Maker is free to use. These terms are short and in plain language. By using the app you agree to them.
Using Invoice Maker
You can make invoices, quotations, proforma invoices and bills of supply for personal or business use, at no charge and without an account. Please do not use the app to produce documents that are false or misleading, or to break the law.
You are responsible for your documents
The app helps you prepare documents. What each document says, including the names, GSTINs, tax rates, amounts, dates and payment details, is your responsibility. Check every document before you send it.
- The app does not file anything with the GST portal and does not generate an IRN or e-invoice QR code.
- It does not tell you whether a particular document meets your legal or tax obligations. Rules differ by business and change over time. Ask your accountant if you are unsure.
- Check that a UPI ID and the amount on a payment QR code are right before you share it. The app does not process payments.
Not tax or legal advice
Nothing in the app or on its pages is tax, accounting or legal advice. The GST checks (for example the GSTIN format check) help you catch typing mistakes. They cannot tell you whether a number is registered or correct for your client.
Your data and backups
Your documents and settings are saved in your browser only. They can be lost if you clear site data or change device, and we cannot recover them. Download a backup regularly, and keep your own records of every invoice you issue.
Logos and images
If you add a logo or other image, you confirm you have the right to use it.
Provided as is
The app is provided "as is" and "as available". We try to keep it accurate and working, but we do not promise that it is error-free, always available, or suited to your particular purpose. We may change or stop any part of it at any time.
Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, Shridha Technologies is not responsible for losses that result from using the app or relying on the documents it produces, including tax, payment or business losses and lost data. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.
Our content
The text, design and code of this site belong to Shridha Technologies. The documents you create, and what you enter, stay yours.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the app changes. The date at the top shows the latest version. Using the app after a change means you accept the new version.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
If something goes wrong
Please write to contact@shridha.tech first. If a calculation, a document or a page is wrong, we would rather fix it than argue about it, and we will do our best to put it right quickly.
